THE JOB Dojo Madness is looking for a Sponsorships Manager. As part of the Marketing team this role is reporting to the Head of UA & Marketing.
Working closely with brand product management, this role is responsible for creating awareness for Dojo’s products in the Esports & casual gaming ecosystem through meaningful partnerships.
We expect the candidate to have expert knowledge and 2+ years of experience sponsor partnerships. Best case is that you are coming from a similar role within the entertainment & gaming sector. We are looking for someone who loves eSports as much as we do.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Coordinating sponsorship initiatives in several markets: from strategy development to execution and ongoing campaign management
Building up & leveraging a network in the global Esports scene
Manage all below-the-line marketing initiatives
You are passionate about networking in the esports & gaming industry
You have at least 2 years of working experience in the esports industry
You are networker - talking to people is your bread and butter
You are a team player, have a results-oriented way of working and like to take the initiative
You communicate fluently in English and preferably another language
You have advanced knowledge the international esports ecosystem
You are capable of leveraging the abilities of the channel to meet branding objectives
