Be taking full ownership and responsibility in building a strong distribution and partner network and making Runtime the next big thing in Gaming and FMCG

Shape the future of esports nutrition
Setting and executing the strategy for partnerships and offline sales, especially retail
Rolling out Runtime to new markets and sales channels and building strong local footprints
Attending key FMCG and esports industry events
Collaborating across the organization with marketing, support and development to ensure effective go to market strategies
Native level of German and English skills
You can’t stand still, but feel the urge to get something done and develop yourself
Organized self-starter who can work independently; a highly motivated and self-confident sales and business development professional who is comfortable approaching people in a variety of settings
Ability to communicate extensively and effectively through a variety of channels and present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, managers, and the community
High sales skills for developing and cultivating contacts, and building business relationships
Time management skills to handle multiple, competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Human relations skills to build effective working relationships with internal team, company staff, contractors, customers, community groups and individuals
Numbers driven and good understanding of sales economics
Ideally you have experience and network in FMCG, online marketing and esports/gaming
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Experience in planning and implementing Account and Territory Management strategies
Excellent contract negotiation skills
