For our HR-team in Berlin we are searching for an HR Intern (m/f).
Requirements and Responsibilities
Recruit great candidates for Dojo Madness, writing exciting job specs, reviewing applications and interviewing promising candidates with respective teams
Organise onboarding and regular training for staff, focusing on building individual team members’ skills
Support international team members with VISA and relocation matters
Enhance the HR department through your fresh ideas and the support on special projects.
Prepare and analyze HR Controlling KPIs.
Plan and organize team events.
Proactively work on People Experience and organisational culture.
Help building up the Talent Management (Learning and development) strategy framework and execution.
Native level German and English skills
A can-do attitude, with strong motivation to get things done
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects at once seamlessly
Ability to think independently and work collaboratively
Exceptional attention to detail
Good IT skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Drive
Ideally you want to get a full time employment after your internship
