THE JOB Do you have a passion for esports and want to be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts for BITKRAFT? We are looking to hire a candidate who has business development experience and is an excellent communicator.
Identifying, evaluating and model new business ideas
Develop and test new business ideas from scratch and independently
Research and identify leads for corporates tie-ups, identify potential strategic partnerships based on synergies
Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Plan and prepare presentations
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
Prepare reports for management
An understanding and interest in esports
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Excellent communication skills both in German and English
At least 2 years of work experience and preferred experience in working in a startup environment
Good business sense
Deep understanding of marketing principles
Flexible and resourceful working style with the ability to navigate between shifting priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive approach, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to ‘go the extra mile’
Excellent attention to detail, quality of work and time management
